Reclaim the Floor

Full-Service Warehouse Cleanouts

Downsizing, relocating, or clearing the contents of a space you just acquired? We clear excess inventory, cardboard and Styrofoam, pallets and crates, old shelving, fixtures, and outdated equipment — and handle every part of it: planning, heavy lifting, sorting, hauling, and cleanup.

We coordinate with your operations, maintenance, or property team so the cleanout works around your schedule, not against it. Full-service means you point to what goes and get back to running the business.

Who We Clear For

Who We Handle Warehouse Cleanouts For

Different commercial jobs, different pressures. Here’s how we handle each.

Operations & Warehouse Managers

Downsizing, reorganizing, or clearing dead stock and old racking. We work around production so the floor opens back up without pulling your crew off their jobs.

Property Managers & Landlords

Commercial and industrial turnovers on a deadline. We clear the whole unit — left-behind equipment, fixtures, and debris — and leave it broom-clean for the next tenant.

Buyers, Liquidators & Contractors

Just acquired the contents of a space, or finishing a build-out? We haul the full contents, renovation debris, and scrap so you can close the job or list the space.

Simple

Our Simple Three-Step Process

1

Book Your Site Assessment

Call, text a photo, or use the online form. We arrange a walkthrough and give you an accurate quote.

2

Approve the Quote

You get a firm, all-in price — labor, hauling, and disposal included. Approve it and we begin right away.

3

Same-Day Haul Away

Our crew clears the floor — often the same day as the appointment — and sweeps up before we go.

Honest Pricing

Skip the In-House Scramble

Clearing a warehouse in-house means pulling your own people off the line, renting a dumpster, and hauling load after load yourself. We do all of it in one coordinated visit. The only number we’ll ever quote you sight-unseen is our $99 minimum — everything else is priced after a walkthrough so it’s accurate, with no hidden charges added to the bill.

✓ The 99 Way

  • On-site assessment and a firm, all-in quote — $99 minimum
  • Our crew does the lifting, sorting, and hauling
  • One coordinated visit, scheduled around your operations
  • Scrap, e-waste & reusable goods recycled and donated
  • Floor left broom-clean, ready for the next use

✗ The In-House Scramble

  • Your team pulled off the job to move junk
  • Renting a dumpster and waiting on the swap
  • Multiple trips to the transfer station
  • Scrap and e-waste handled wrong — or not at all
$99 minimum • free on-site assessment • no hidden fees

What We Take

Where It Goes

Responsible Commercial Disposal

We’re not a “load it and dump it” outfit. We sort every warehouse load: reusable furniture and goods go to charitable partners, scrap metal goes to recyclers, and e-waste goes to certified electronics recyclers instead of the landfill. Because we sort right on the truck, far less reaches the transfer station than you’d expect.

Questions

Warehouse Cleanout FAQ

How much does a warehouse cleanout cost?
Pricing is by volume — how much space the load takes in the truck. After a quick site assessment you get a firm, all-in quote covering labor, hauling, and disposal, with no hidden charges. Small jobs start at our $99 minimum, and larger commercial clearouts are quoted on the walkthrough.
Can you work around our operating hours?
Yes. We coordinate the cleanout with your operations, maintenance, or property team and schedule it so it works around your day rather than shutting the floor down. Tell us your window when you book.
Do you take the full contents of a warehouse we just acquired?
Absolutely. Buying or taking over a space and need everything gone? We haul the full contents — inventory, equipment, shelving, and debris — and leave it broom-clean and ready to list or use.
Do you disassemble shelving and racking?
Yes. Industrial shelving, pallet racking, workbenches, and fixtures — our crew breaks them down and removes them as part of the job.
What happens to scrap metal and electronics?
Scrap metal goes to recyclers and e-waste goes to certified electronics recyclers rather than the landfill. Reusable furniture and goods are donated where possible. We sort loads on the truck to divert as much as we can.
What don’t you take?
We can’t take hazardous materials — chemicals, solvents, fuel, oil, or asbestos. If you’re unsure about an item, ask when you book and we’ll tell you straight.
