Junk Removal Pricing in Seattle & the South Sound
Every junk pile is different — a garage of couch cushions and a garage of wet tile weigh nothing alike, and the dump charges us by the ton. So instead of a made-up number over the phone that grows once we’re in your driveway, we look at the actual load and give you one honest, all-in price. Jobs start at a $99 minimum, and the estimate is always free.
Skip the sight-unseen guessing game. Snap a photo — we send back a firm ballpark.
(253) 722-4285What the “99” actually means
No honest hauler charges the same for a single armchair and a full garage, so we don’t pretend to. The $99 is our minimum — the smallest job we do, like one couch, one mattress, or a single appliance grabbed from an easy spot. Everything above that is priced by how much room your load takes up in the truck. Whatever the number, it’s all-inclusive and you hear it before we touch anything:
Pricing is by volume — here’s how to picture it
We run full-size dump trucks, so one load holds more than the box-truck outfits — part of how we keep prices low. Tap a load size to see what typically fits. Your free estimate confirms exactly where your pile lands.
The smallest job we do — one couch, one mattress, a fridge, or a treadmill grabbed from an easy spot. This is what the “99” in our name points at: an affordable starting point, not a flat rate.
We don’t post per-load prices — weight, access, and what’s in the pile all move the number, so the only honest way to quote is to see it. Text a photo and we’ll size it for you.
The reason we don’t post a price list
Ever been quoted one number on the phone, then watched it climb once the crew was standing in your driveway with your stuff already half-loaded? That’s not an accident — it’s how a lot of outfits book the job. A lowball number gets them the appointment; the real bill shows up later, when it’s awkward to say no.
Full transparency, no sticker shock
There’s no mystery to how we price — four things do most of the work. Knowing them is how you land at the low end of your estimate.
How much space the load fills in the truck. Break down boxes, nest smaller items, and don’t spread the pile out — it takes up less room, and that shows up in your quote.
Heavy debris — concrete, dirt, roofing, tile, brick — hits the per-ton scale hard at the transfer station (Bow Lake in Tukwila is our usual run). A small pile of it can price like a bigger load. We’ll flag it upfront.
A pile in the driveway is quick. A third-floor walk-up, a backyard behind a gate, or a long carry down a hill takes more crew time. Getting items to the garage or curb ahead of time trims the labor.
A few things carry a disposal cost the county passes to us — mattresses, tires, and refrigerant appliances (fridges, freezers, AC units). We fold those into the quote instead of tacking them on at the end.
Want the cheapest possible haul? Have everything in one accessible spot — driveway, garage, or curb — before we roll up. It cuts our time, and that lands you at the low end of your estimate.
Free estimate, zero obligation
Snap the pile and where it sits. We send back a firm, all-in ballpark — most people get theirs in minutes.
The crew takes a quick look, locks in the exact price, and you approve it before any lifting starts.
Always Free · No ObligationEvery bit of the carrying is ours — stairs, backyards, basements. You just point at what’s going.
The space is broom-clean before we pull away. No drips, no leftover bits.
Weighing a driveway dumpster?
A dumpster makes sense for a long remodel you fill a little each day. For a one-and-done cleanout, here’s the honest side-by-side.
| 99 Junk Removal | DIY Dumpster Rental | |
|---|---|---|
| Permit | None — we’re in and out the same day. | Many South Sound cities require a right-of-way permit to put it in the street. |
| The heavy lifting | Our crew loads every bit of it. | You. Every box, every stair, every trip. |
| Time in your driveway | Zero — gone the day we come. | Days on end, taking up the driveway and looking rough. |
| Your weekend | Point at the pile; we handle it. | A weekend (or three) of hauling it out yourself. |
| Where it ends up | We sort it — reusable goods donated, metal & e-waste recycled. | Whatever you throw in goes straight to the landfill. |

It depends on how much room your load takes up in the truck — pricing is by volume, not by the item or the hour. Jobs start at a $99 minimum (the smallest single-item pickup), and go up from there with the size of the load. Because weight, access, and special-handling items all shift the number, we don’t post a fixed price list — the honest way to quote is to see the actual pile. Text a photo to (253) 722-4285 or book a free on-site estimate, and you’ll get one firm, all-in number before we start.
Because any number we posted would be a guess, and guesses are exactly how people get burned. The dump charges us by weight, and two loads that fill the same space can weigh wildly different amounts — think couch cushions versus wet tile. Rather than post a low number to win the click and then “adjust” it in your driveway, we look at the real load and give you the true price upfront. A free estimate costs you nothing and means the price you hear is the price you pay.
Yes — completely free and no obligation, whether you text us a photo or have us come look in person. You approve the exact price before we lift a single item. If the number doesn’t work for you, you owe us nothing.
The $99 minimum is our smallest job — a single-item grab like one couch, one mattress, or an appliance from an easy spot — and like every job, it’s all-inclusive. Labor, loading, transport, fuel, dump fees, and recycling are all folded in. There’s no separate “disposal surcharge” at the end. Once you’ve got two or three things, you’re usually into a larger load, which is often a better deal per item.
Those items carry recycling or disposal fees the county passes on to us, so we fold them into your quote upfront — no separate line-item surprise at the end. Fridges and freezers get their refrigerant recovered to code, with no add-on freon charge.
Fastest way: text a photo of your pile to (253) 722-4285 and we’ll send back a firm price. Prefer someone to look in person? We do free on-site estimates too — no obligation, and you approve the number before we lift anything.
Both. We’re based out of Kent and Tukwila and run the whole South Puget Sound and greater Seattle every day — Renton, Federal Way, Auburn, Tacoma, Bellevue, Des Moines, and the city itself. Being centrally located is part of how we keep same-day windows open and prices low.
Text a photo or call for a firm quote — same-day service across Seattle and the whole South Sound. No sight-unseen guessing, no surprises in the driveway.
