What couch removal costs
One couch, or a couch and a chair, is our $99 minimum. A sectional with the rest of the living room is priced by how much of the truck it fills. A couch on the third floor costs a bit more than one in the driveway, inside the same range. There are no stair fees.

Standard three-seaters, loveseats, and settees — carried out from wherever they sit, stairs and all.
Sectionals & Sleeper Sofas
Big L-shaped sectionals and heavy hide-a-bed sleepers. We’ll break one down on-site if that’s the only way through the door.
Recliners & Armchairs
Worn-out recliners, accent chairs, and gliders — including the power recliner nobody wants to lift.
Futons & Daybeds
Futon frames and mattresses, daybeds, and dorm-room couches — frame, cushions, and all.
The Whole Living-Room Set
Sofa, loveseat, chairs, ottoman, and coffee table together — cleared in a single trip when you’re redoing the room.

What we can’t take: hazardous materials (chemicals, oil, asbestos) and wet or loose food waste. We do take paint, at $10 a gallon. Not sure about an item? Ask when you call — we’ll tell you straight.

Where It Goes
Where Your Old Couch Actually Goes
We’re not a “load it and dump it” outfit. A couch in decent shape goes to a charitable partner so it gets a second life. When it’s truly done, we break it down so the metal frame, hardwood, and foam can be recycled where the region accepts them — and only the last bit that can’t be reused or recycled goes to the transfer station.

The dump
Seattle’s transfer stations charge a $37 minimum (up to 420 lbs). King County stations like Renton and Bow Lake charge $40.25 (up to 320 lbs), plus $25 if the load isn’t tied down. You need a truck and a second person. Where to take old furniture
