This policy explains what Pacific Waste Management LLC dba 99 Junk Removal ("99 Junk Removal", "we") collects on 99junkremoval.com, how we use it, and the choices you have. The terms for our jobs are in our Services Agreement.
What you send us
When you ask for an estimate, we collect your first and last name, email address, mobile number, pickup address (street, unit, city and ZIP code), a description of what needs to go, your preferred pickup day and time, and, for a business job, your company name. You can also add up to five photos.
We use these details to reply to you, give you a price, schedule and do the job, send you a confirmation and updates about the job, and keep our business records.
Where your request goes
Our website stores your request on Cloudflare, which hosts the site, and then sends it to our customer management system (GoHighLevel). We email you a confirmation from there. Our office schedules the job in our scheduling system (Jobber), records payment in our accounting system, and uses our internal team messaging (Slack) so a person sees new requests quickly.
Photos are kept in private storage on Cloudflare. They can only be opened through links that our system signs, and those links stop working after 180 days. Our office opens them from your customer record.
Our website never asks for payment card details. When you pay for a job, the card is handled by our payment processor.
We do not sell your personal information, and we do not share it with other companies for their own marketing. We may disclose information when the law requires it.
Spam protection
Our forms use Cloudflare Turnstile, a check that a person and not a bot is sending the form. Cloudflare receives your IP address and information about your browser for that check.
To stop repeated or automated submissions, we keep a scrambled, one-way version of your IP address, phone number and email address. We do not store your IP address itself with your request.
What your browser keeps while you fill in the form
While you fill in the estimate form, what you type and the photos you add are saved in your own browser, so nothing is lost if the page reloads or you take a phone call. We clear that copy when your request is confirmed or when you tap "Start over". A draft you leave is ignored after seven days. This copy stays on your device; it is not sent to us until you submit.
Requests sent by an AI assistant
An AI assistant can send us a pickup request for you, using the instructions on our page for AI assistants. We store and use that request the same way as one from our form, and our office contacts you to confirm the details before anything is scheduled. If an assistant sent us a request you did not ask for, call us and we will delete it.
Texts, calls and email
If you give us your mobile number, we may call or text you about your estimate and your job, and after the job we may text you a link to leave a review. Message and data rates may apply. Reply STOP to any text to stop texts from us.
We do not share your mobile number or your agreement to receive texts with anyone for their marketing.
The emails we send about your request and your job are part of the service. If we ever send you a marketing email, it will include a way to unsubscribe.
Cookies and tracking on the website
We use these tools to understand how the site is used and to measure our advertising:
- Google Tag Manager and Google Analytics count visits, show which pages people read, and record actions such as a tap on our phone number or a sent request. These records do not include your name, email, phone number or address.
- Google Ads may store a click code when you arrive from one of our ads, so we can tell whether the ad led to a request.
- Microsoft Clarity shows how pages are used, including heatmaps and recordings of clicks, taps and scrolling. It starts after your first tap, key press or scroll.
- Our own cookies remember the page you first landed on and any ad or campaign code in the link you followed, for 90 days, so a request shows which ad or search brought you to us.
- Page tests: when we test two versions of a page, a cookie keeps you on the same version for 30 days. We count how many visitors saw each version; those counts hold nothing about you.
- Cloudflare runs the site and our forms, so it receives the standard information any website receives, such as your IP address, browser and the pages you request.
The companies that run these tools receive information such as the pages you visit, your browser and device type, your approximate location and how you reached our site. They may set their own cookies or store identifiers in your browser.
You can block or delete cookies in your browser settings, and the site still works. You can opt out of Google Analytics with Google's add-on at tools.google.com/dlpage/gaoptout.
How long we keep it
Our website keeps its own copy of each request, with any photos you upload, for 24 months, and then deletes it automatically. Photos that never became part of a request are deleted within about a day. We keep customer and job records in our business systems for as long as we need them to serve you and to meet tax and legal record-keeping rules.
Your choices
To ask what we hold about you, to correct it, or to ask us to delete it, email 99junkremoval@gmail.com or call (253) 722-4285. We may need to keep some records when the law requires it, such as payment and tax records.
Children
This site is for adults arranging junk removal. We do not knowingly collect information from children under 13.
Changes to this policy
If we change this policy, we will update the date at the top of this page.
